Domaine des Ormeaux breakfast is composed : hot drinks (tea, coffee, chocolate), fruit juce, bread, croissants, butter, jam and yogourt homemade, eggs on request, ham and cheese, dairy products.
It is served in the dining area of the “Salle conviviale".
Booking the day before, before 16H.
Price: 17€ per person per day.
Breakfast service is not available from November the 1st to Aparil the 1st.

Serenity and Well-being Charter
We love animals and are delighted to welcome them when they respect the peace and balance of our Estate. As many animals already live at Domaine des Ormeaux (dogs, cats, horses), we have established the following rules to ensure a harmonious stay for your companions, our own animals, and all our guests:
1. Admission Criteria
- Species: Dogs (maximum weight 20 kg / 44 lbs, except for certified service dogs) and cats.
- Number: Only one pet per accommodation is permitted.
- Behavior: Your pet must be sociable with other animals and non-destructive.
- Mandatory Information: Please specify the breed and weight of your pet in the "comments or special requests" section when booking. Failure to provide this information will result in an automatic refusal. We reserve the right to decline a pet that does not meet our criteria.
2. Life at the Domaine
- Authorized Areas: Your pet is welcome inside your accommodation and in the park (must be kept on a leash at all times).
- Prohibited Areas: Pets are strictly forbidden in the Common Room (Salle Conviviale), the Spa, and the entire pool area (pool and surrounding deck).
- Supervision: To ensure the peace of all guests and avoid barking, pets must never be left unattended in the accommodation.
3. Hygiene and Property Care
- Bedding & Furniture: For hygiene reasons and to maintain our equipment, pets are not allowed on beds, armchairs, or sofas. Please bring your pet's own bed, bowl, toys, and litter box if applicable.
- Care: Pets may not be bathed in the accommodation showers, and the towels provided for guests must not be used to dry them.
- Park Cleanliness: Your pet may use the park for its needs, but you are strictly required to pick up and dispose of any waste immediately.
4. Responsibilities and Fees
- Rate: €5 per night.
- Security Deposit: An additional deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival.
- Liability: The owner is responsible for their pet's health, hygiene, and behavior at all times. The owner assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused.
- Tranquility: Domaine des Ormeaux reserves the right to terminate the stay of any pet causing a disturbance to other guests or exhibiting inappropriate behavior, without financial compensation.
Agreement: Upon your arrival at Domaine des Ormeaux, these terms will be presented to you for signature. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in preserving the peaceful atmosphere of our Estate.

Massages can be made, by appointment, at the Spa Domaine des Ormeaux (before 4PM), in your apartment or under the Pergola of the swimming pool.
Nearby the Domaine des Ormeaux, you have « la ferme Clerjoux, a farm owned and operated by our brother, Didier.
What a pleasant and convenience opportunity to taste the products made from goose or duck: foie gras, confits, rillettes, pâtés... All animals are raised and processed there at the farm.
When strawberies are in season (May to October), you can enjoy a full range of strawberries.
Sometimes, Didier can offer you other kinds of red fruits: raspberries, blackberries, currants and blackcurrants.
Didier also turn these delicious fruits into jam and wine !
Your order can be delivered to Domaine des Ormeaux or you can go to the farm to pick it up!
On Saturday morning, there will be a small market held at the farm. You could buy seasonal vegetables grown on the property.
Short supply chains is strictly practiced here! Everything happens within a radius of 300 m.
It is easy to get to the farm by 5 mn walk from the Domaine. You just have to cross the park.

We are history enthusiasts, and we have carried out extensive research on the history of our village, Ajat. We would be delighted to reveal our discoveries to you through a tour of the village on foot (1 km).
The tour includes a visit to the Romanesque church where the traces of Knights Templar can still be seen. This historic church also bears modern features, such as the contemporary stained glass windows designed by Father Kim en Joong. Please see our blog for more information on our research of the history of Ajat.
At the beginning of each week, we also offer a 14-km hike departing from Domaine des Ormeaux. If you would like to continue discovering the local trails on your own, we can make a local hiking map available to you.
