Domaine des Ormeaux is a sanctuary dedicated to rest where courtesy and mutual respect for everyone's well-being are essential.

Manifestly prolonged use with open doors may result in a reminder or billing in case of proven overconsumption.

Photos and videos taken on the estate are reserved for your personal memories. Any commercial or professional use of the estate's image requires prior written consent from the owners.
- Smoking and Vaping Policy:
- Inside Accommodations: All our accommodations are entirely non-smoking and non-vaping. An ashtray can be provided upon request for your outdoor relaxation. - Pool Area: Smoking and classic vaping are tolerated near the pool provided they do not disturb other guests and using the ashtray provided upon request.
- Narcotics and CBD Products: The consumption, storage, or use of illegal drugs and CBD-based products (in all their forms) is strictly prohibited across the entire property.
- Natural Setting and Rural Environment: The estate flourishes in the heart of preserved nature. Staying at Les Ormeaux means appreciating the charms and hazards of the countryside (natural presence of wildlife and insects, environmental sounds or seasonal agricultural activities, weather hazards such as heatwaves, storms, or droughts). These natural elements cannot engage the establishment's liability nor give rise to compensation.
Art. 8 – AMENITIES, MOBILITY SERVICES, WI-FI, AND SERVICE CONTINUITY
The estate provides various amenities to enhance your stay:
- Parking: A parking space (covered or uncovered depending on the accommodation) is provided. Parking is at the vehicle owner's sole risk, and the establishment cannot be held liable for any damage or theft occurring to vehicles.

The establishment provides this equipment but is not involved in transactions or the technical operation of the third-party app.

For essential electrical safety reasons, plugging an electric vehicle into a standard domestic outlet in your accommodation is strictly prohibited.

Pursuant to ARCOM regulations, users agree to reserve the connection for lawful use, without downloading copyrighted works or accessing illicit content. The reservation holder is responsible for activities conducted from their connected devices.

Any temporary interruption beyond our control (equipment failure, power grid outage, or Internet interruption) will be addressed by technical intervention as promptly as possible, without constituting grounds for compensation.

To preserve water balance and allow each accommodation to enjoy it, spa access is limited to 45 minutes per day per accommodation. The spa closes for its winter break from November to April inclusive.
- Mandatory Swimwear: For strict hygiene reasons, wearing a proper swimsuit is strictly mandatory. Swim shorts and boardshorts are formally prohibited in all pools (swimming pool and spa).

- Courtesy and Compliance with Rules: For everyone's safety and well-being, glass objects, food, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in or around the pools and spa. Ensuring peace, hygiene, and safety in our wellness areas is a shared commitment that we are dedicated to maintaining. In the event of repeated or severe failure to comply with these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or prohibit access to the swimming pool, spa, or sauna, without this measure entitling the guest to any compensation, refund, or discount on the stay.

The estate is committed to offering quality services to facilitate your stay:

- External Service Providers and Contractors (Massages, Beauty Treatments, Specific Activities, etc.): To enhance your stay, the estate may introduce you to independent external service providers and contractors (massage therapists, beauticians, coaches, etc.). All external services must be booked and paid for directly with the respective service provider. As SARL Clerjoux-Lalande and Domaine des Ormeaux act solely as a facilitator for introductory purposes, they shall under no circumstances be held liable for the quality of care, delays, cancellations, financial disputes, or any personal injury or property damage occurring during these services. No claim for compensation or indemnity may be made against the estate in the event of dissatisfaction or dispute with an external service provider.
